The "Censor Nudity" setting is a setting available in the Experimental Rust's F2 settings overlay. It is toggled on or off, but it is usually on by default. Censor Nudity is a setting that censors nude players, such as in the genital area(s). The area is replaced by either a pixelized, intentionally low-res box, or just a black box.
