HELP PLEASE

I just bought rust . . . on a console . . . now i know what your thinking why the hell would you spend 50$ on rust console edition (i have no fucking clue) uh anyways ive never played rust before and after 4 days im already regretting buying the game any advice

Worst to best head equipment in Rust (specifically how realistically effective they would be)

#1. Wooden helmet: Provides very little protection given that it’s made of wood (a no brainer) and only covers the wearers head minimally leaving the face extremely vulnerable. This obviously would be a horrible bit of equipment to wear, but something is better than nothing.

#2. Coffee can helmet: Slightly better than the wooden helmet in terms of coverage but has too huge of a front and back gap, plus it’s made of very thin metal that could easily bend or crush which could injure the wearer easily.

#3. Bucket helmet: greater durability and coverage compared to the previous two yet it lacks any padding or straps to go around the wearers chin making it more of a danger than a help.

#4. Metal Facemask: despite its in game stats it’s not so good when realism is applied. There is refined head coverage and protection given that it’s forged from thicker steel but it only covers the face and no other areas making it substantially weaker. The other issue is that the face plate looks hinged and could quickly become a problem when faced in a melee situation (not to mention the gap between the faceplate alongside the wearers face).

#5. Heavy helmet: Awesome protection and coverage compared to all of the other bits of equipment but it looks extremely heavy and awkward to wear with the weight being top heavy.

#6. Riot helmet: Regardless of the in game stats compared to the coffee can helmet the riot helmet would be the best equipment to wear realistically speaking. It would most definitely provide superior protection and has the benefit of being made from very thick metal which makes it a great choice for melee combat. The only downside is the screen covering the wearers face, but this could easily be replaced with better material.
